a pen wallet [MTO, customizable]
To preface this, I’ve always wanted a good pen case.
After trying out too many good brands out there, I’d like to make a compilation of all the good things that they’ve made worked into a single product - obviously there is always going to be a flaw in a design of a case that makes it unfit for some folks, but if this design is to your liking, feel free to test it around and see if you could make something out of your wildest ideas!
BEFORE YOU ORDER:
Because of the sheer amount of customizations that this pen wallet would have, I’d like to ask for a 2-week lead time before your product is finished.
PLEASE NOTE THAT you could only make changes to your desired specifications within 24hours after you have placed an order, by reaching out to me via ig @awritingguy or awritingguy@gmail.com as soon as you would like to make further adjustments.
If you would like to make adjustments later than that time span there would be a 35% surcharge to fulfill your order and depends on the completion of your product, there would be no more than a 30% refund if you would like to cancel the order to compensate for the material and labour cost!

Why did I pick a zip wallet design instead of a flap design?
There is always that good and solid reassurance when you hold a good long wallet in hand, with the confidence that it will be able to withstand a drop while protecting your precious pens inside. I do notice that a metal zipper might be the main culprit of hairline scratches on your pen but we could always flip the metal zipper down before taking a pen out - so that solves one problem.
The next issue with a flap design is that it would not fit all pen size - pens with smaller diameter would surely be jiggling inside and one way or another it would find its way out of the case - in order to fix that issue I decided to have adjustable elastics so that you can fit pretty much any pen size from those skinny vintage ballpoints to humongous japanese big boys (obviously the thicker the pen the less elastic length you’d have to spare so please be aware to not cram too many of them in at the same time to avoid crushing the barrel or compromising the shape of the case).
Specifications:
Size: 15 × 5 × 2 cm (slight differences might occur due to it being a handmade product)
Interior lining under a layer of suede for softer protection (plus it stays firm in your hand)
Outer leather colors may differ from photos due to lighting condition (plus the name is just a fancy bit on my end so just look at the color and pick out your favorite texture) - photos are ordered in the same order of the leather color options, please choose wisely!
Adjustable elastics to fit all pen sizes (yes, this is not a new idea I know, but it works)
Final Note:
Due to global leather goods restrictions of import, your shipment might be delayed as customs would like to investigate where I source the leather and their origin - please hang in there and I’ll get the goods to you no matter what!
